      Great benefits but promotions biased and APEX is highly flawed

      Pros

      Atlassian provides great benefits with salary. Around 70k per year of Forma flex wallet, good insurance, good bonus (only if you get good ratings) and cabs for office transport if you need it (in Bangalore).

      Cons

      Promotions are biased and driven by personal favoritism. The whole APEX process is ridden with flaws and fundamental gaps that incentives selfishness and penalizes good work.

      Remote Good benefits Reasonable pay Great people to work with

      Cons

      Brutal performance cycles has destroyed the TEAM work culture and broken trust among peers. It's become very individualist and performative. God forbid you make a mistake because that scrutiny will be recorded and taken into account for performance-based lay-offs.
