Pros

Very good salary, nice offices with free lunch, high performing coworkers, some nice benefits

Cons

Brutal performance culture. Implicit expectation of working well over normal hours, because that's the only way to meet expectations. Very little space is given for needing to upskill or get your head around something new. Everyone is constantly thinking about the next 6 monthly apex cycle and whether they're going to score below 'Meeting expectations' which seems to shift upwards every cycle. All this and the stock price hasn't moved in years. I predict the culture continuing to degenerate over time.

Hard work so you burn out fast, tech debt overwhelm, super high leadership turnover, quiet small layoffs you don't hear about
