Huge upside but lots of challenges

Pros

- customers are amazing and want to work with us - product is highly valued - many supportive teammates who want to help find solutions and drive a better customer experience

Cons

- historical cultural issues between sales and service groups - too many roles with unclear scope or impact

Pros

Fair market rate for SDR/EDR/BDR positions and chance to make really good money if meeting all spiffs Strong culture, can work remotely and even work remotely abroad for a couple weeks per year. Very understanding of work life balance

Cons

This can happen at any company, but it seems making that next step is hard. I knew multiple EDRs who had consistently hit numbers and been in the position for years. There may have been things I wasn't aware of happening behind the scenes, but rather disheartening to see some colleagues be shown praise in meetings and QBRs for years but not with promotions
