Pros

- IC hiring does pretty well, and teams I've been on have been incredible. - Compensation is pretty good - the work itself isn't bad

Cons

- Culture has all but completely eroded. The CIO continues to do his best to make nepotistic hires, hiring meta/msoft folk to replace senior management who don't care about keeping the Atlassian culture. - with Scott gone, it won't be long before MCB also leaves, and we're left with someone to complete the companies transition to being completely soulless - while the work itself isn't bad, all of my stress in this company is caused by org leadership and their constant changes for what feels like the sake of making changes - Little to no comp changes YOY, yet the CIO receives an eye-watering bonus?
