      Was a great place to work, once upon a time!!!

      Pros

      This used to be a great place to work 4 years back and I never thought I would leave this place. The compensation and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      A lot has changed since then and now its one of those places everyone is waiting to leave. Culture has gone to the dogs, stocks are 20% of what it used to be an year back, management is clueless of what needs to ve done to fix things and the things they end up doing are causing more damage than what they are fixing. Its a lost cause!!! The entire leadership has churned out, and it is very evident that the rest are waiting to bail out.

      Good pay if you got in early with stock bonus (not so much anymore)

      Cons

      you will be constantly fighting the corporate ladder. the ability to change the business is so slow now I wouldn't recommend anyone join
