      - Remote work - Great Pay

      Cons

      - Remote work, so no boundary or geography respected. - Culture as written is never followed. - Apex leads to lot of politics and people backstabbing - Middle management has no clarity what top execs want and are pass thu filters for work.

      Pros

      Great remote working environment. Pay is solid.

      Cons

      Job satisfaction heavily depends on the team and manager. But in general, my personal opinion is that the company doesn't really seem to value data science and analytics. We are overloaded with work yet are constantly questioned if we're providing enough value. It's really demotivating. Also, advancement feels nonexistent for data scientists. Product management and engineering are constantly getting promoted, but I've only seen one or two promotions within my team.
