      Great colleagues, successful products, great customers.

      Cons

      There is more toxic leadership in the product marketing team. The leaders embrace an extreme burnout culture. They look down on every day employees.

      Pros

      - My team and manager are extremely supportive - working async= fewer meetings - people are extremely helpful when you ask a question - opportunities are created for in-person meetings and live collaboration sessions - you can make your own schedule as long as you're getting things done - opportunities to get involved in projects and discussions outside of your current focus areas

      Cons

      - working async is tricky if you aren't used to it - need to be self-motivated which could be a con for people who would rather get a list of things to do from their manager
