Pros

Benefits Pay Culture outside of sales is good

Cons

Every 6-12 months account assignments and territories change, along with all open opportunities. Working Strategic deals that are six figures plus means it very challenging to work a deal form begging to close. Your success is often tied to what pipeline you have walked into.
