- 0 work life balance, many weekend and past business hour work - grind culture - work load is too much, environment is chaotic - don’t practice what they preach, they don’t even use the systems they sell properly or how they are telling their customers to - tool itself (confluence, jira) are not well maintained and incredibly buggy even for internal employees - jira hell, ticketing chaos, time consuming processes - pay is not good, don’t get fooled by stock, th stock is crashing non stop so get ready to lose money, work load is insane, and they are absolutely under paying compared to other companies
