The SDR leadership is really bad. They are destroying the culture. You cannot trust them. Don’t be honest or it will backlash at you big time. The whole sales organization is on burnout due to recent reorganization, and the leadership is not doing anything concrete to tackle the unrealistic targets. Internal promotions are hard to get, they often recruit external people from very different companies, which is also destroying the culture.

Over the years, especially this year, the company seems to be bending or breaking their commitment to their company values. "Open company, no bs" is starting to have more holes in it, especially with the unexpected layoffs in early march. Innovation (ShipIt days) don't have as much weight in the business as before, and large waves of hiring have been bringing on lower quality hires with poor values and low talent. Also over time, DEI tends to keep hiring more white leadership as POC leadership has left, not upholding diversity in leadership as promised.
