      Great benefits overshadowed by toxic culture and leadership

      Pros

      Salary, RSUs, remote working, autonomy, smart/talented teams and local leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, appalling executive leadership in recent years. Lack of trust from senior leaders. Imported the worst elements of US big tech culture and now paying the price. Sad to see what is becoming of a once great company.

      Pros

      Was great in the beginning, great place to learn, grow, and fabulous team.

      Cons

      Grew too fast, then laid staff off and said it was because of AI - no, it was because you had no growth engine yet tripled the size of the support team, then had no work for them. APEX was awful, rampant sexism in org was dismissed and women who spoke out were punished. Avoid Atlassian at all costs.
