Pros

Benefits, and the salary was decent.

Cons

Became micro managed after 3 years. Ridiculous expectations with self assessments on your performance. When leadership doesn't agree on your assessment, it affects your bonus/yearly raise

Pros

- IC hiring tends to be pretty solid, and in my experience I worked with some of the best teams in my career. - Benefits are pretty good (NAMER) and comp was pretty in line with the industry. - There are worse companies to work for, but the list is growing shorter each month.

Cons

- Tons of middlemanagement yes men/women who will only give top down directives. If you ask for clarification why a business decision was made, you will often times not get back a clear answer (if you get one at all) - I left the company days before the most recent Aug 2025 layoff, but burnout/attrition is a huge issue across the company. The sad part is that most people enjoy the work and their team, but are frequently exhausted by the constant change in direction from upper management and not having their voices heard. - Managers that advocate for their team tend to be pushed out of the company pretty quickly. - C suite does not care to hear much hard questioning from boots on the ground during townhalls, and have started leaning into the recent messaging trend of "if you don't like it, quit" and it's lead to a lot of amazing talent walking out of the door. - The company used to be live the values and be proud of them, but now it's mostly just being kept for marketing material. It's becoming a less open company by the day, and the only values you really hear anymore are when they're weaponized to have you take on additional work or keep opinions to yourself.
