      Great WLB, remote policy but culture shift is making things worse

      -WLB is great. Pretty hard to get hold of people outside 9am-6pm -Current TEAM Anywhere policy allows you to work completely remotely, completely in-office, or hybrid. You choose

      -Company has been cutting/downgrading certain benefits because "they aren't industry standard" -Culture is pivoting to "move fast, break stuff" type culture where PR count and # of lines of code are prioritized and employees are stack ranked for PIP -Company likes to parrot its 5 values and it used to closely adhere to them but with the aforementioned culture pivot, they haven't been following them as closely
