Pros

* Lots of random days off on Mondays and Fridays * Totally remote if you want * Lots of hackathons to work on what you want

Cons

* Large companies move slowly and your projects have lots of stakeholders. Launches are frequently delayed and messy. * Turnover, restructuring, and the focus on building new features results in lots of tech debt and lack of ownership.

Pros

- Incredible office space, location, and view (downtown Austin) - Extremely "lax" environment - People at every level (even the founders) are extremely friendly and very open to discussion ("no bullsh!t" value is very well respected) - Lot of focus on office culture & events including family and friends as well as work-life balance - Benefits and compensation match industry best

Cons

- Can be pretty demanding at times, depending on which team you're on - Sometimes the focus doesn't seem to be in the right place - Products have become pretty complex and we're losing out on some market due to more polished, less functional competitors
