      Location is very good.it is in the heart of CBD

      Poor software engineering practices.many projects are in big trouble because of high employee turnover..sometime we need to re-design whole projects from scratch...recruiters are working very hard to find good engineers...

      Play as a team, but not always

      Pros

      It's extremely fun, heaps of work and freedom, a lot of responsibility. The parties, the office, brilliant. There's always a possibility to improve some small little thing, so much automation even with all the technical constrains. People really do their best to solve problems.

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to move teams. The culture is centered in the stereotype assertive-young male figure, so you might find it hard to work in such a competitive environment if you are more collaborative. Probably it's getting a lot more hierarchical than it used to be.

      Sometime, you work, but the code base is too large, you cant handle everything
