      Mountain of experiences to be learnt and everyone encourages you to do your best and be your best. Amazing management - managers genuinely cares about growth of employees. Great culture and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Strangely easy to get promoted. Undeserving promotions. Not saying people are inexperienced, just that people get promoted faster than they actually deserve to be promoted.
