      Great company moving fast towards corporate feel

      Great benefits, strong identity, lots of opportunity to travel, lots of public facing events, strong community

      Cons

      Moving rapidly into the Enterprise world which brings with it a change in company culture (often for the worse), gets too involved in external politics which can alienate some workers who don't subscribe to the same views.

      The culture has gone from being an inclusive team focused on team effort, to a toxic individualistic culture focused on personal impact.

      - Excellent benefits - Good work - Talented colleagues and potential for friendships

      Cons

      - Highly political especially as seniority increases - Messy environment, goals and missions changes constantly in a not 'agile' manner - If you are in the wrong team, you can expect really long hours, pressure from leadership - Remote work isn't optimal yet, people usually feel disconnected/ lack of trust - The 'values' aren't necessarily lived
