The company pays on time. The development team is a fantastic group of people. They are fun to hang out with and care about what they do.
Cons
Developers due to fear of their jobs will constantly sell each other out with personal problems instead of going to each other and talking with one another. Upper management is a mess. The company is going through extreme growing pains. Promotions may be promised with only the responsibility portion being delivered. Compensation leaves something to be desired. The business practices of this company are extremely shady. Employees were terminated for unsound reasons. The balance between work and life is weighted extremely work heavy. Upper management uses punishment instead of positive reinforcement. Junior developers were in constant fear for their jobs. All developers were said to be expendable, and anyone can be fired at any given time by management. 3/4 of management is offsite and hard to communicate with. Some days it took several days to get someone to make management decisions that should have taken 30 minutes. Overall this company does not have it together. Please be careful.
