Pros
Great programmers, friendly environment, nice workstations, trendy office, in-office management is good, growing culture, lots of really good ideas
Cons
Lack of software development experienced programmers, by this I mean most of the programmers are fresh out of college who are great and passionate about what they do but there are very few mid to senior level programmers to help coach the entry level to early mid level ones. Never ending tight deadlines / lots of overtime. Project timelines and team structures often work against strong agile development, good code reviewing.

Great people. Great work-life balance. Smart development team. Strong leadership who are clearly committed to making this company a great place to work and making the company's cutting edge products the best on the market. An office on each coast gives the company great energy and great opportunity for bringing in additional great talent.
