      Coworkers are good to work with with only a few bad apples.

      Cons

      Management doesnt care what we think especially with CRM.

      Pros

      Corporate culture is amazing. Work/Life balance is extremely manageable. Places high value on training and development. Time off requests are met with relative ease. Company cares a great deal about employee well being. Great benefits.

      Cons

      People are in their jobs for a long time, often not leaving unless a job happens to open up above them or a position is created for them. Company does a poor job of removing under-performers. While "total package" is great, salary levels are low for comparable positions in other places.
