They are too political and strict even though the supervisors don't know what they are doing.

Pros

Very good culture with an emphasis on trust and compassion to employees and the communities we serve. Excellent opportunities for high performers to move about within the company. Very good benefits with wellness initiatives and many different health programs.

Cons

Not great at performance pay and removing low performers. Salaries are a little bit lower than industry standards. Yearly bonus is consistent but low.
