Decent pay, with great coworkers.

Cons

Since Covid, the company has been pushing us to make phone calls. Now this is the majority of my job. This may not be a problem for some people. But I wish the job description was updated with this information when I applied.

Pay is pretty good commensurate to the scope of the work involved. Little to no supervision. You’re given a lot of leash so to speak. You can run up the ladder pretty quick if your willing to move.

Cons

Feels pretty rudderless. Supervisors are way to hands off and lenient to those who make mistakes. Pretty quick to pass the buck or throw you under the bus. Encourages a culture of complacency. They talk a big game about safety but it’s all for show. Lot of boot lickers here. You get rewarded based on how brown your nose can get. It’s a popularity contest taken to the nth degree.
