Pros

The pay was good and the benefits were great. Always had great managers before I came to the Tax department. Enjoyed my time with the company until I started working there.

Cons

Management in the Tax department is bad and the HR lady wouldn't listen to me, tried to paint me as a bad guy when I expressed how I felt. There are some toxic people in the department that will throw you under the bus.

Cons

- Disrespectful coworkers - Management is very passive - No documentation or process in place for anything. People just work there for a long time and know things and never document - Upper management is concerned about numbers and silly Atmos essentials training sessions that benefit no one - No proper training for new hires
