      Pros

      From the moment I started my job, I have felt Atmos is a place that really cares about seeing you grow and learn to your fullest potential (If you want to that is). Training is in-depth. And doing your job safely and efficiently is placed higher in importance than many other companies. Amos truly is a "safety" company that delivers gas, not the other way around. The people in every department are genuine and caring. By far one of the best places I have ever worked...

      Cons

      The ability to be heard by management if you have ideas or solutions to inefficiencies is not great. You definitely are a pion...a valued and well taken care of pion, but a pion nonetheless.

      Upper management not in touch with employees and they are like a child that has ADD, jumping from one project to another waisting millions of dollars
