Pros

People are very friendly and look out for eachother especially since I work on the field. Operations is very laid back and supervisors are caring for their employees.

Cons

Bosses are very picky with who they choose to hire and/or already have their "favorites" lined up for promotion. Sometimes employees can feel unnapreciated. Also, salaries could be better for employees on the field working with a dangerous factor which is natural gas.

Great health insurance, paid vacation. Helpful coworkers, knowledge that other companies value.

Cons

You better know somebody who's in the circle, or suck up. Low salaries long hours, being on call, cdl, clean shaven in some departments.
