Great flexibility. The culture is fantastic. Everyone I work with is great. Management is good. It’s a stable industry. A truck and gas card is provided for Level 2 agents. Lots of positives at this company.

Cons

The only con is the pay. It is well below industry standard. Even for a utility. You will make decent money but it will take you 10+ years.
