Pros
I had no problem working for them, however I found another job and informed them with ample notice that I would be leaving at the end of the week. They basically cut my access to everything and ended my contract on the spot. Didn't tell me about it until the next day after I had already logged in and started, I thought we had a very good working relationship as I had recruited a number of qualified candidates that they hired to assist on the project. Shocked at how this was handled.
Cons
They have/had a big bag log, so they tend to push unrealistic quotas, I was a 20+ year editor so I met mine, but I can see new people having difficulty with this.
