      You have to have thick skin to survive

      Pros

      Good benefits, appropriately long training, possible room to move up, lots of free food, most supervisors are very helpful

      Cons

      If a supervisor isn’t available, the people you ask for help aren’t always helpful. There’s a VERY wide range of customers from very kind to extremely hateful. You have to develop a thick skin, more than half of my training class quit within the first year.

      Pros

      Atmos is extremely family friendly and supportive of employee needs.

      Cons

      The culture has created a 'just be nice' environment where people do not address performance or behavior issues. The "we'll just make it work" attitude means no one wants to be the one to disagree, so that often leads to poor decisions at all levels.
