      Good work-life balance. Employer safety is part of the culture and is actually followed.

      Cons

      Blanket bonus - not differentiated due to actual contribution. Non competitive pay structure. Wages are usually either at or below 50% percentile. There is no structured career path. Advancement opportunities are limited and non-existent if not licensed.

      Atmos Energy is a great place to work and the employees are very friendly. The culture is very pro-employee. Pay and benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      People don't tend to leave (because they are happy) so movement upward can be limited for certain roles.
