Medical benefits are very good.

Cons

Management have lost their way and only care for bottom line. Former leadership built an amazing culture, but they have all been retired or moved on.

Pros

The benefits are decent except for time off. They clump together your sick leave and PTO, and you actually get a lot less time off compared to many other companies because of that.

Cons

Atmos does not value your previous experiences and education. The company culture is a joke, and it is all circular logic, which works well if healthy and productive work environments are not important.
