From the moment I started my job, I have felt Atmos is a place that really cares about seeing you grow and learn to your fullest potential (If you want to that is). Training is in-depth. And doing your job safely and efficiently is placed higher in importance than many other companies. Amos truly is a "safety" company that delivers gas, not the other way around. The people in every department are genuine and caring. By far one of the best places I have ever worked...

Cons

The ability to be heard by management if you have ideas or solutions to inefficiencies is not great. You definitely are a pion...a valued and well taken care of pion, but a pion nonetheless.

Atmos has a very particular culture that either you fit into or you dont. A lot of the people their are very easy to work with and knowledgeable

Cons

Unfortunately what you know and how good you are at your job isn't rewarded the way it should be.
