Pros

They educate you and promote safety more than anything. The company is very flexible and family oriented. My co workers are like family to me. I couldn't see myself working anywhere else.

Cons

The pay can be better. Especially because of the risk we take daily dealing with gaseous environments.

The culture is great. All levels of management demonstrate a sincere desire to develop and mentor employees. Retention is high.

Cons

Due to the desire for buy in on decisions, often decisions are made slowly and it can be difficult to make changes.

The benefits are great and the management is very understanding of work/family life balance.

Cons

The pay is not necessarily the same as it would be in other sectors of the oil and gas market. But this company is way more stable than those sectors, too.
