Everything else, my manager was cool. Training sucks, just condescending as hell when you ask a question. I was hitting quota and money was solid until they started changing things up with verticals. Nights I spent 2-3 hours at home trying to source leads because a marketing department is nonexistent. I’m just getting around to this. Happened 2 years ago. People on LinkedIn were thanking this company for idk what, because why thank someone who spent money on stupid things that didn’t matter and in the end couldn’t afford to pay you. The guys sitting in their office just straight up wasted so much investor money that they couldn’t pay people they had hired 3 months prior. I mean my 14 year old nephew manages his finances better than that.
