Can think of none other than work life balance.

Cons

Don't have good projects that helps new joiners learn. Mostly has service based support project. In the PPT company will promise you good developement projects but will keep you on benches for months for them. In the end will make you join support projects forcefully.

Cons

Very unprofessional team from the Bangalore team I worked with. But it was really amazing to work with the Pune and Mumbai team. To be clear I'm from Bangalore myself. Work environment depends upon people in project. Best people follow the ethics and code. If the managers who are working since a long time are very unprofessional.
