Pros

The working culture is relaxed here. Good for fresher's, the relaxed environment employs growth. But employee satisfaction is in the decrease here due to changes in policies, especially with the old employees.

Cons

Performance review system - There is no parity in the review system whatsoever. Salary - Not at per the industry standards. Policies - One Atos policy is the biggest hoax. They have different policies for different locations/individuals.
