Company is rife with nepotism. It does not matter what you know or what your appraisal grade is. Friends and family will be promoted ahead of you. Expect to be head and shoulders above the rest of thecompetition for years to be given an opportunity. Promotion process is long and slow. Even if you get a promotion it does not mean that you will get same rewards as your peers. Expect a 10% payrise moving from one position to another. No support with Individual Development Plans. No time nor resources to develop technical skills. Constant travel bans that make it impossible to perform knowledge transfer. Annual redundancies in order to meet budget targets subsequently increased workload that prevented from developing automation and innovation. Timid management that could communicate what obstacles and challenges technical staff keep facing on daily basis to upper management. Lack of staff, burned out employees, weak management and increasing workload has created a toxic environment.
