Pros

Supportive learning curve, appreciation of current skills, great hours, bonuses, health cover, decent salaries, flexibility , family friendly.

Cons

Intensive training, exit points, different role entirely from clinical work ( not a con to me but seen this in others)

Poor management, you only really get managed if your deemed to be under performing Stressful Pay inequality Non clinical managers have no understanding with regard to a healthcare professionals job and thus quotes the book at them when concerns are raised about the amount of time you have to do assessments in

Pros

A lot of overtime available. Good salary.

Cons

Poor understanding of disability, management do not have any training regarding this. Little help offered with balancing disability and work. Main concern is DWP contract not employees. Poor communication between management and employees. Processes change quickly, are not explained properly.
