Cons

Workload is huge, audit is a nightmare and differs depending on thr person you get. Usually involved working in your own time without toil or overtime paid

Pros

Colleagues were generally lovely and that's it.

Cons

Toxic environment, whole ethos of the company is vile. Management are not clinical and are unable to grasp the pressures of dealing with often vulnerable claimants. If you are sick yourself forget it- I was stopped from going to a doctors appointment which in the end was the final straw as I had a burst ear drum.
