Pros

I'm working in Warsaw with German language. The work is not very difficult. On the Polish line is harder. Managers are OK. I had never problems taking some free hours for my businesses when I needed it. Monthly bonuses are pretty good. There is a big bonus after you have worked 1 and 2 years with permanent contract.

Cons

The salary is bigger in Warsaw. If I want to move - it will go down.

Pros

Decent colleagues to work with. Good location for commuting via public transport. Monday - Friday. A way to get a foot into the IT industry. Potential to move to other departments & contracts.

Cons

Started decent whereby the ethos on the MOJ support desk was to help the customers regardless, which helped you to build your IT knowledge & keep customers happy however this changed and it turned into a call centre where they didn't care about the call quality or what you provided, so long as the call was less than 5 mins. How can you ascertain, diagnose and write a detailed ticket (in their already prehistoric ticketing system) in 5 minutes? Even a password reset was pushing it. This resulted in team leaders belittling and complaining at you for being seconds over. Middle management apart from one or two were useless. Did nothing all day then acted inconvenienced when you approached them. Additionally nepotism there meant under-qualified members of staff would get promoted into senior roles, meaning you could be getting dictated by people who knew far less than yourself. High turnover meant they had to get the agencies in & their staff didn't last long either.
