      Pros

      - very flexible hybrid work (depending on your account and job responsibilities, working on-site is optional) - Good salary package - Great work environment, haven't really encountered any company politics so far

      Cons

      - No yearly increase - Current HMO benefit only applies to employees. You'll pay on your own if you want to add a beneficiary. - Not much opportunity on KM or PM-related job roles so career growth is pretty slow.
