Pros
Work from home gives lots of flexibility. My superiors believed and valued my expertise. Managed services are growing and ATOS is willing new contracts.
Cons
The isolation of working from home full time was not for me. The work from home culture is from the Legacy Siemens company, so some ATOS executives are still trying to adjust to it.
