Pros
somewhat flex schedule, you are allowed to go to the bathroom occasionally
Cons
pay is low- other coders getting more pay then somes even though they are doing the same job- poor communication with mgmt.- mgmt. doesn't care about the employees- dishonest- last minute communications and expect results ASAP, some mgmt. only in mgmt. due to friends in higher up positions- they took away bonuses... no incentive to stay here
