      Good for learning different network technologies

      Pros

      You can work on different data network technologies routing, switching, firewalls, etc. Team members are friendly and managers are friendly too. Currently company pays for certification exams.

      Cons

      There are a lot of repetitive and time-wasting IT processes. Managers are always busy so although they are there and listen to you sometimes you just end up dealing with client complaints and project escalations on your own instead of having a manager deal with management issues and you just focus on technical implementation or support issues. Despite of all this, all managers and directors I have come across are friendly and willing to listen to you.
