Pros

Compensation packages are generally competitive. The pay is good and matches market standards.

Cons

The core challenge is a severe lack of strategic clarity and stability driven by executive leadership turnover. Having seen multiple CEO changes in the last 4-5 years—and the corresponding strategic shifts that come with each change—makes it impossible to follow a consistent general direction. Transparency from leadership is extremely poor, leaving employees to speculate on the company's true trajectory and future plans. This constant state of flux leads to low morale and internal confusion.
