No Empowerment to mgmt. up to VP level - Only SLT can approve even smallest things Current SLT are very tactical chasing penny's and lost the vision / roadmap Europe model dose not fit the NA model & confusion on how global accounts / global accounts should be managed no investments made in Current offering pillars and no use cases in NA All SAP and data analytics talent in Europe (goes back to no investing in NA) Continues layoffs that is impacting current services and most importantly impacting renewals with current customers
