Pros

Work from home and the opportunity to learn on new technologies if you actively seek them out.

Cons

No work/life balance. 13 to 15 hours days is the norm. Executives approve multi million dollar solutions that provide negative ROI instead of investing on internal solutions teams that can provide real measurable improvements and savings for pennies on the dollar.

Pros

Great pay for entert level job. Great Benifits to start with. 3weeks pto/ sick total paid holidays from day one. Cool people like minded. Friendly. They buy a lot of food for the techs lots of pizzas. They offer lots of overtime

Cons

Wow where do I start? Um .... First, you do not get a raise ever at all even supervisors make the same. You are expected to learn more you are expected to give up breaks and other things like that. They spend a lot of money on stupid little toys instead of investing in raises Second, wow sups are so stressed out they so not have enough time to do what they need to do and techs are taking back to back calls and are expected to do other things while taking calls. But if you are working in other things you will get written up. Third, they hire anyone as long as you are a warm body. Makes your job very difficult. I'd say 60% is fixing other techs mistakes and these are people who have worked there for 2-5 years. Last, you will be staying hours past your shift consistently. If you are stuck on a long call and are unable to take break and/or lunch on time and it's your last hour you don't get a break. So you could go 5-9 hours no break and when you do get a chance to take a break you can not take it. Oh you have to manually calculate your hours and have them filled in on an exact date. If you are sick or on vacation you have to fill it out and submit it or you will not get paid.
