      Getting on site is comparatively easy

      The organization and the totally biased management. HR does nothing. Management is biased towards Tamilians, and they are favourable only to north Indians and Telugu people. Working for them is an absolute blender

      None. Low wages, layoffs and the company will inevitably go bankrupt.

      Cons

      Wages don't match the industry standard. They want to accumulate as many I.T.O. contacts in the U.S. and offshore them. Leaving now Americans without work.
