      Pros

      Management is confusing and also threatens to fire every meeting they have with you.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Threatens to fire all the time also treats you like children. They react without thinking and do not plan their reaction.

      Pros

      Decent pay, work from home, willing to pay for training. At least they laid me off instead of firing me.

      Cons

      I get that companies need to lay-off folks at times, I don't take that personally. What I don't take kindly-to is less than 48 hours notice that my role had been terminated. Zero severance package since I worked there for less than 12 months. I spent the past 30ish days with absolutely nothing to do; I can only stand self-guided training for so much time each week.
