      The work experience is highly positive, particularly due to the collaboration within a vast global network. Hybrid remote working. Coworkers are exceptional.

      Limited opportunities for career progression; positions tend to remain static. Infrequent salary increases, typically modest when awarded. Upper management lacks effective communication regarding current company issues.
