      Wage poeple do get overtime pay

      Cons

      Many: ATOS Management is distant or show little concern for their workers. I assumed a management roll without proper training, mentoring, salary or even adequate support (Proper staffing and buget). Resource staffing is a major problem. Efficiency in how spending done managed was always a problem specifically when a new client project comes in play. Too little planning and a whole lot of spending.
